OKOTA Meetings (2024 Schedule)

OKOTA has a team of short-term volunteers plus annual leadership roles available. 

EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

Officers volunteer for two years, and receive CEU's for their service. The AOTA Rep for our state is elected through AOTA member elections and serves in a collaborative role with OKOTA. Officers have multiple benefits including  voting privileges on the board & free registration to all OKOTA CE events!

Regular meetings of the OKOTA executive board are held every other month, third Thursday, from 6 -8pm.
OUHSC campus in OKC & Tulsa hosts meetings when held in person; currently, meetings are only hosted via Zoom teleconference. 

***Registered members are always welcome to attend OKOTA board meetings. We follow Robert's Rules of Order, and public comments may be given time at the conclusion of the Agenda at the discretion of the executive officers.  Please contact our office for the meeting link details or to request an item for discussion by the board be added to the Agenda, within 24 hours of the meeting date/time.
